Unable to log in to your Sage product

How to troubleshoot logging in to Sage Accounting, Payroll, or HR.

1. Check you're logging in to app.sbc.sage.com.
2. Clear cache, cookies, and temporary internet files.
3. Try logging in again.

If you still can't log in, try these solutions for common queries: 

• Forgotten or incorrect password
• Login error (EC02) authentication
• No activation or verification email is received
