Resolution

If you're using an impacted version, the next time your software attempts to validate your licence details, you'll receive an error preventing you from accessing your software.

Don't worry, you can still update your registration details using our utility tool in the steps below.

  1. Click the link below to download the utility tool:
  2. Open the file in File Explorer, then double click Sage50Licenceutility.bat.
  3. Click Run, then click Yes and click OK.
  4. Open Sage 50 Accounts and enter your registration details.
