Resolution
Why do I receive this error?
This error appears because of a problem with how the submitted HTML accounts file was created. You can identify it by the Location: Accounts and Location: iXBRL references in the message.
How do I resolve this error?
When you create an HTML file in any accounts software, don't open and resave it from a web browser. This can cause the error.
If you've already done this, regenerate the HTML file and submit it online again.
If the problem continues, contact your accounts software provider.
