Summary
Description
When you use the ODBC driver for Sage Accounts, the following message can appear:
'Can't find all files in the path'.
You see this when the ODBC is set up incorrectly. The connection path either goes to the wrong Sage 50 Accounts data or contains no files. When you upgrade your Sage 50 Accounts data, the ODBC path resets to the default location. If your data is on a network or another location, the connection then uses the wrong path.
Resolution
To correct this, change the data path you have set up to the correct ACCDATA folder.
To check the company's data directory
- Open Sage 50 Accounts.
- Click Help and then click About.
- Note the data directory, or select it and copy the path.
To change the data path in the ODBC driver
- Press Start then type OBDC and select the relevant version (32 or 64-bit).

- Select the System DSN tab, then select the data source for your version of Sage Accounts. For example, SageLine50v30.
- Press Configure.
- Change the Data Path box to show the company's data directory from the section above.
- Press OK then OK again.
You have now changed the data path and you can now access your data via the ODBC driver.
