We’ve identified an issue between the Sage Provisioning Portal and our back office systems.
At present any licence changes in the UK Provisioning portal will fail, this includes setting up new sites, increasing or decreasing - users or companies, adding or removing modules and setting site deletion dates.
The issue affects all users, however those deployed through the Sage Ireland Provisioning Portal are unaffected.
Please do not attempt to set up or make any changes to sites until we notify you that we have corrected the issue.
