Description

Several different Apple Macs are available, including the iMac, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro, which all include the Mac OS X operating system. Most Sage software requires a Windows operating system, but you can still use it by running Microsoft Windows in a virtual environment.

Support entitlement

We will fully support you if you have issues with Sage software in a Windows environment.

We don't support the Mac operating system itself, emulators, the installation of a Windows environment, or issues specific to these operating systems.

Do we offer environmental support for Macs?

If you install Sage software on an Apple Mac, you do so at your discretion. We do offer help with the installation of Sage software in a Windows environment. 

We can't investigate or support problems caused by running Sage software on an Apple Mac.

We don't complete any testing on Windows emulators or virtualized environments (such as Parallels) and don't state that our products are compatible.
