This guide covers an issue where users of Sage 50 Accounts v28 and v29 may see an error message when running reports if both versions of the program are open at the same time.
If a user has Sage 50 Accounts v29 and v28 open at the same time it is not possible to run reports and an error message is shown:

As a temporary fix, to restore normal reporting functionality:
- Close both versions of Sage 50 Accounts (v28 & v29)
- Re-open the version of Sage 50 Accounts in which you need to run reports, leaving the other version closed
