We recommend taking data backups on a regular basis, as well as before and after accounting processes such as VAT Returns or bank reconciliations. If anything happens to your computer or if you make a mistake, you can simply restore your most recent backup and continue processing where you left off.
Folder Name | If you want to change the location of the backup, click Browse and select where you want to save your backup file. |

Type | If you want to change the type of files you back up, click Change, then choose the relevant option. |
Protect my backup with a password | If you want to password protect the backup, select this check box. Then select Set Password and enter and confirm the password you want to use. |

There are a number of reasons why a backup may fail. For example the company is open or there is insufficient disc space.
