How to add alternate row colours to lists in Sage 50 Accounts.
Description
You can add alternate row colours to the lists in each module of Sage 50 Accounts. This can simplify your view when you're working with large lists of records or transactions.

Apply alternate colours
On the menu bar, go to Tools, select Options, then the Colours tab.
Under Alternate row colour, ensure the Ignore custom colours checkbox is blank.
For the relevant module, press the colour picker .
Click the colour you want to use, or to define your own colour, select Define custom colours.
To confirm the selected colour, press OK.
Your list now shows alternative colours, making it easier to read. You can also use gridlines with alternate row colours.
Remove the alternate colours
On the menu bar, go to Tools, select Options, then the Colours tab.
Under Alternate row colour, select the Ignore custom colours checkbox.
