| | Invite a client to access a product you pay for in Client Management |
| Description | If you manage the cost of a Sage product on behalf of your client, you can invite them to access the product from Client Management. This gives your client the tools they need and keeps you in control of the subscription. |
| Resolution | - Open Client Management.
- Click the client name to open their record.
- Select the Product tab.
- In the top-right corner, click Subscription actions.
- Choose Invite client from the list.
- Enter the required details for your client.
- Click Send invitation to email your client a link to access the product.
Your client will receive an email invitation. They need to follow the link and accept to gain access. |
