This communication was sent 1st September 2026. Sage 200 Last month, we contacted you about changes to how we register and manage Sage 200 API access. We asked you to review the Developer Services Licence Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy and provide the information we need to validate your Sage account by 6 August 2026. We haven't received your response. To maintain your Sage 200 API access, provide the required information within 30 calendar days of receiving this email. If we don't receive the required information by 1 October 2026 we'll deactivate your Sage 200 API licence credentials. What you need to do Our records show that your current Sage account doesn't meet the requirements for continued Sage 200 API access. To continue using your API credentials, complete the Sage ISV Developer registration form and provide the correct account and contact details. Once we've validated your information, we'll create the appropriate Sage account where required and provide a Sage 200 API serial number. Updated requirements for Sage 200 API access - You must have a valid Sage account to request and maintain API access.
- We must register all API requests under a master registration.
- You need to register each developer app separately and use unique credentials.
- Each app can receive:
- Development (Test) credentials supporting up to 20 authentication requests per minute.
- Production credentials supporting up to 600 authentication requests per minute.
- If you're the developer of an app, whether it's used by a single customer or multiple customers, you must request the API credentials directly.
- Customers shouldn't request API credentials on your behalf.
