1. Go to Products and services.
2. Select the checkbox next to the relevant record.
3. Select the Delete icon and select Yes.

Error: The selected items could not be deleted as one or more of them are in use

You can only delete products and service records that you haven't used on an invoice.

For products and services you've used on invoices, mark them as inactive.
