Sage 200

On Sunday 2 August, we’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 16:00 to 18:00 BST/ 15:00 to 17:00 UTC.

During this time, the Sage Provisioning Portal won’t be available.

Customers using Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education, or Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud Program solutions before the maintenance starts will keep access.

Anyone who tries to log in after the maintenance starts will be unable to do so until the maintenance window is complete.

What’s included in the release

This release focuses on operational improvements across provisioning, add-ons, scheduled tasks, update handling, user management, and Virtual Machine (VM) pooling. This release doesn’t introduce any changes to Sage 200.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

• Updating status.sage.com
• Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
