Check the bank feed status

Before troubleshooting problems with your bank feed, check our status page for any issues with the service


My Bank is missing from the setup screen

If your bank doesn't appear when setting up bank feeds, check it's compatible with Sage bank feeds.  


Check you can log in to your bank

  1. Test whether you can log in to your online banking service. 
  2. If you can't log in, contact your online banking provider for support logging in. 
  3. If you can log in, restart the computer that holds your data. 

Issue persists

If the problem persists after restarting, contact support
