We’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal on Sunday 7 June 2026, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM UTC / 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM BST.

During this time, the Sage Provisioning Portal won’t be available. Customers using Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education, or Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud Program solutions before the maintenance starts will keep access.

Anyone who tries to log in after the maintenance starts will be unable to do so until we complete the maintenance.

What’s included in the release?

This release focuses on enhancements that support our cloud deployments and several maintenance items.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

• Updating status.sage.com
• Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
