On Sunday 17 May 2026, we’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 15:00 and 17:00 UTC/16:00 and 18:00 BST.

During this time, the Sage Provisioning Portal (SPP) won't be available.

Customers using their Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education, or Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud Program solutions before the maintenance window starts will keep access.

Anyone who tries to login after the maintenance starts will be unable to do so until the maintenance window is complete.

What’s included in the release?

This is a maintenance/hotfix release for SPP.

• Update on status.sage.com
• In-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
