We’re pleased to let you know that Sage CRM 2026 R1 is now available for customers in the UK and Ireland.

This release includes:

• Security updates to core components, including the Apache Tomcat server and Java layer
• Improved integration with Exchange Online
• Updates to reporting libraries and dashboards
• An updated PDF generation engine
• Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2025 (Enterprise, Standard, and Express editions)
• General fixes and stability improvements

What you need to do

You don’t need to do anything, unless you plan to upgrade.
