We’re updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM UTC/ 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM BST on Sunday 10 May 2026.

Customers using Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education, or Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud Programme before the maintenance window starts will keep access.

Anyone who tries to login after the maintenance starts will be unable to do so until the maintenance window is completed.

What’s included in the release?

This release focuses on enhancements to support our cloud deployments, as well as maintenance items.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

• Updating status.sage.com
• Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
