We recently let you know about an update to the Sage Provisioning Portal scheduled for 10 May 2026.

We’ve changed the scheduled maintenance time to 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM UTC/ 11:00 AM – 1:00PM BST. The date remains the same.

What’s included in the release?

This release focuses on enhancements to support our cloud deployments, as well as maintenance items.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

• Updating status.sage.com
• Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
