When you select 'Submit to HMRC', HMRC checks whether the software can submit the quarterly update.

When you press 'Find out more', you'll see this message:

'This quarterly update can’t be submitted yet.

Please wait until closer to the end of the period before submitting. You can submit a quarterly update X days before the end of the period.

Find out more'.

Ensure that the correct quarter is selected in the Quarter drop down on the Submit quarterly update window.

For example, Q1.

You'll need to submit your quarterly update 10 days or less before the quarter ends.
