Exclude customers from automatic payment reminders
Description

Once you set up automatic payment reminders, Copilot sends reminders to all customers who meet your criteria.

You can exclude individual customers if you don't want them to receive an automatic reminder.

Resolution
  1. From Settings, go to Automatic payment reminders.
  2. Under Exclude customers, choose the relevant customer then select Exclude customer.
  3. You'll see the excluded customers below, where you can Remove from list if required.
  4. Save your settings.
