Communication: Sage 200 Defects Portal
Description

This communication was sent 2 April 2026.

Sage 200

We’ve introduced the Sage 200 Defects Portal, which replaces the previous system used to log and track Sage 200 product defects.

What’s changing

Using the portal, partners can:

  • Log Sage 200 defects
  • Subscribe to defects and receive updates
  • Search and track defects by module, functional area, and version
  • Filter fixed defects by version
  • View newly raised defects
  • Attach screenshots when logging a defect

We may remove access if you log defects without completing training or don’t follow submission guidelines.

What you need to do

All partner colleagues who log or view defects must complete the Sage 200 UKI Defects Portal training before using the portal.

To complete the training:

  1. Access Sage University.
  2. Complete the Sage 200 UKI Defects Portal training.
  3. Ensure relevant colleagues complete the training.
  4. Use the new portal for all Sage 200 defect submissions.

The training covers:

  • How to access and navigate the portal
  • How to search for existing defects
  • How to log defects using demo data only
  • What not to include when submitting defects
  • How to subscribe to and track defect updates

Requesting access

Only Partner Support colleagues can access the portal. The Partner Support Manager or named contact must submit access requests.

Use the new user request form to:

  • Request new access
  • Change or remove access when a colleague leaves or changes role

Help and support

If you’re unsure whether to log a defect, contact Customer Services before submitting it.

You can also refer to the Partner FAQ for common questions.
