Sage 200

On Sunday 15 March 2026, we’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM (UTC).

During this time, the portal will be unavailable.

What you need to do

Customers already signed in to Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education, or Sage 200 Professional (via Sage Partner Cloud Program solutions) before the maintenance starts will keep access.

Anyone who tries to log in after the maintenance begins won’t be able to access the portal or Sage 200 until it’s complete.

What’s included in the release?

This update includes behind‑the‑scenes enhancements to support a new product deployment planned for later this year.

These features won’t be visible or available until launch.

For partners using Partner Cloud Deployments, there are extra changes to Virtual Machine (VM) sizes. We’ll share a separate update with full details.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll notify customers about the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance by:

  • Updating status.sage.com
  • Displaying an in-product launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
