Sage 200

We’ll be completing essential maintenance on the Sage Provisioning Portal on Thursday 12 March and Thursday 16 April between 7.00 PM and 12.00 AM.

Customers will be unable to access Sage 200 Standard or Sage for Education during this time.

What you need to do

Before the maintenance starts:

  • Make sure users log out
  • Disable API connections that are linked to Sage 200

When the maintenance is complete:

  • Customers need to download a small app update when they next log in

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll communicate details of the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance by:

  • Updating status.sage.com
  • Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard and Education variants)
  • Emailing developers
