When Sage Payroll integrates with Sage Accounting, the system posts journals automatically after you complete a pay run.

These transactions don't appear under manual journals. View them in the Audit Trail.

The transaction type used is Staff payment.

1. Open Sage Accounting.
2. Go to Reports, All reports.
3. Select Audit Trail.
4. Filter the report and look for the transaction type Staff payment.

You’ll see the payroll journals created when the pay run posts from Payroll.
