Items still in stock Ensure the product has no stock. If it does, sell the stock on a sales invoice or post an adjustment to reduce it to zero. Then clear transactions using the clear stock option.
Transactions exist on the product activity If transactions remain, delete them by running the clear stock option before attempting deletion.
The product is part of a bill of materials (BOM) You can't delete products in a bill of materials, such as main or sub-components. Check the BOM tab and run the Product Explosion report. Remove the product from BOM if necessary. |
