Sage 200 and Sage 50 Accounts

Sage Banking Services will be unavailable during planned maintenance from Saturday 14 February at 4:00 PM (UTC) until Sunday 15 February at 12:00 PM (UTC).

During this time, the following banking features will be unavailable:

• Onboarding a new bank account to the bank feeds service
• Reauthenticating an existing connected bank account
• Downloading transactions via bank feeds to complete a bank reconciliation
• Manually importing transactions using the file import banking service (version 2024 R2 or later)

What you need to do

Avoid importing via the file import feature during the maintenance window. Once the maintenance is complete, functionality will return to normal.
