Description

You can access help and support directly from Sage Sole Trader. Select Help to open the Help and support side panel.

From here, you can search for answers, chat for guidance, or find support options available to your plan.

NOTE:

The Help and Support side panel isn't available in the mobile app yet. Use the web version to get further help.


Search for help articles

Use the Search tab to find step-by-step guidance and answers in the Sage knowledge base. You can do this without leaving your product.


Chat for help

Select the Chat tab to start a conversation with Sage Copilot.

Sage Copilot can:

  • Answer questions and troubleshoot
  • Help you find relevant help articles
  • Guide you through tasks in your product

All customers can use Sage Copilot chat.


Speak with an advisor

If you use a paid plan, Sage Copilot can offer the option to connect you with a human advisor if you still need help.

NOTE:

Human advisor support is only available with paid plans.


Ask the Sage Community

You can ask questions, share ideas, and get help from other Sage customers and experts in the Sage Community. This option is available to all customers.
