Communication: Sage Banking Services planned maintenance

Sage 200 and Sage 50 Accounts

Sage Banking Services will be unavailable while we undertake planned maintenance from Saturday 14 February 4:00 PM until Sunday 15 February 12:00 PM UTC.

During this time, some banking features inside products will be unavailable.

Sage 50 Accounts

The following will be unavailable:

  • Onboarding a new bank account to the bank feeds service
  • Reauthenticating an existing connected bank account
  • Downloading transactions via bank feeds to complete a bank reconciliation
  • Manually importing transactions using the file import banking service (version 30.1 or later)

    NOTE:

    Avoid importing during the maintenance window.

     

Sage 200

The following will be unavailable:

  • Onboarding a new bank account to the bank feeds service
  • Reauthenticating an existing connected bank account
  • Downloading transactions via bank feeds to complete a bank reconciliation
  • Manually importing transactions using the file import banking service (version 2024 R2 or later)

    NOTE:

    Avoid importing during the maintenance window.

     

Once the maintenance is complete, all functionality will return to normal.
