Sage 200

We’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal on Sunday 25 January between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM GMT. During this time, the Sage Provisioning Portal won’t be available.

What customers need to do

Customers using Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education, or Sage 200 Professional through the Sage Partner Cloud Programme who log in before the maintenance window starts will stay connected. Anyone logging in after maintenance begins won’t have access until it’s finished.

What’s included in the update

We’re rolling out several new features in the Provisioning Portal to support our product launch later this year. These features will stay hidden for now.

We’ve also updated the user‑creation workflows and added key information to selected emails to provide better support for our internal operational teams.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

  • Updating status.sage.com
  • Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
