Maintenance notification - Sage Provisioning Portal 2026.03.000

Sage 200

On Sunday 21 December, we’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM GMT. During this time, the portal won’t be available.

What customers need to do

Customers on Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education, or Sage 200 Professional through the Sage Partner Cloud Programme who log in before the maintenance window starts will stay connected. Anyone logging in after maintenance begins won’t have access until it’s finished.

What’s included in the update

We’re making a key change to Sage Partner Cloud deployments: only B4MS and B8MS VM sizes will be available in the Sage Provisioning Portal, based on user numbers.

Partners can still choose any VM size by updating directly in the Microsoft Azure portal.

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

  • Updating status.sage.com
  • Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
