You can also postpone employees' automatic enrolment where required. Add the new employee Create an employee record as normal for your temporary employees. Temporary staff and automatic enrolment You can use the postponement option if you need to postpone the automatic enrolment of new employees for up to three months. Process as a leaver When the employment is over, process and update the employee's final pay period as normal, then process them as a leaver.
