| Description | Before you start, download the mobile app if you haven't already: - If you're using an iPhone, download on the App Store
- If you're using an Android phone, get it on Google Play

| Resolution | Import contacts from your phone - Open the app, then select Sign in.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Select Log in.
- Open the mobile app and scroll to Contacts and select View.
- Select the plus button, then choose Import from phone.
- Choose Customers.
- From the list of contacts in your phone, choose the ones to import.
- Once you've imported your contacts, edit them in the mobile or web app to enter any extra details.
