You'll need to manage subscriptions for your clients when they need to add or remove products/services.

Cancel a client subscription

Follow this procedure if you're paying for the client's subscription. If instead, you no longer need access to a subscription that your client is already paying for, see manage invitations.

  1. Go to Clients and prospects, select the client you want to cancel a subscription for.
  2. Select the Products tab.
  3. Select Manage subscriptions.

    NOTE:

    If Manage subscriptions isn't visible, set your address type to registered and main.


  4. Select Cancel subscription to cancel your subscription.
  5. Select Apply selections to confirm you want to cancel.

Download the required data before cancelling your subscription, in compliance with your country's regulations.
