Assign a payment to an employee
Description

Once you create a Payment, you can assign it to as many employees as you require. You don't need to create a unique payment for each employee.

You add this to an employee when you process the pay run.

 NOTE: If you pay some employees Hourly and some via a Salary, you’ll need a payment for each

  1. Process your payroll until you get to the PAY window.
  2. Select the employee.
  3. Select Add Payment.
  4. Select the payment you created.
  5. If using Hourly pay enter:
    • The Quantity - How many hours you want to pay the employee for
    • The Rate - The hourly pay rate
  6. If using Salary enter:
    • The Rate - The total amount you want to pay for the period
  7. Continue to process your employees’ pay details, and complete the pay run as normal.
