Upcoming API maintenance

Sage 200

We’re completing essential maintenance on the Sage 200 API between 8 PM and 12 AM on Thursday 20 November 2025.

During the maintenance window, for all Sage 200 variants, customers won’t be able to:

  • Use the API for any existing connections
  • Onboard or activate a Sage 200 API connection

Access to Sage 200 will continue to work as normal.

What you need to do

You don’t need to do anything. We’ll communicate the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance to customers by:

  • Updating status.sage.com
  • Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
