We’re updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM (UTC) on Sunday 16 November 2025.

You don’t need to do anything right now, but during this maintenance window, the portal will be unavailable.

Users already logged into any of the following services during the update will stay connected and can continue working as usual:

  • Sage 200 Standard
  • Sage for Education
  • Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud Program

Users logging into these services after maintenance starts won't have access until the update is complete.
