We’re updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 4pm and 6pm (UTC) on Sunday 26 October 2025.

During this time, the portal will be unavailable.

If users are logged into any of these services during the update, you’ll stay connected and can continue working as usual:

• Sage 200 Standard
• Sage for Education
• Sage 200 Professional

Users logging into the above services after maintenance starts won't have access until the update is complete.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating in the following ways:

• Updating status.sage.com
• Adding an in-product launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
