If you don't see any new notices in the HMRC notices window, you should see one of the status's listed below.
By default, the feature isn’t active. Select Go to HMRC notices settings to set up the feature.
There are currently no new notices to action. A date displays at the top-left corner to inform you of the last retrieved date.
Your HMRC log in details or PAYE reference are incorrect in Sage Payroll. Select Payroll Settings to update these.
If you’re still having issues, try logging into your HMRC online portal to check your details are correct.
HMRC is experiencing issues. Try again in a few minutes.
This is a none specific error. For example, there could be an issue with the internet connection. Select Check for new notices to try again. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
There have been no notices actioned yet in your payroll.
