Sage 200 Professional older versions - Reminder

Dear Partner,

Earlier this year we started talking to partners regarding the retirement of our licence generation system for Sage 200 Professional customers, including Live, Historical and Test & Recovery licences, who are on Version 4 up to and including Version 2011. Our last communication was sent on 7 July.

Our records show you have customers who have yet to complete the required disclaimers needed to request their final licence key, or a customer has completed a disclaimer but we haven’t received your partner disclaimer and/or purchase order and we are now less than 14 days from the deadline date of 31 July 2025.

PLEASE TAKE ACTION

If customers do not complete the disclaimer and request their final licence key, their software will cease to function once the current licence expiry date is reached. Customers will then need to upgrade to the latest subscription version of Sage 200 to continue to use the software.

We will be writing to customers tomorrow, who have not completed a cancellation form or submitted a disclaimer. We’re inviting them to reach out to you, their Sage Business Partner, to ensure they fully understand this change, the impact it may have to their business and get assistance with the next steps.
