Sage 200 API

On Thursday 24 July 2025, we’ll be performing essential maintenance on the Sage 200 API between 8pm and Midnight.

During the maintenance window, for all Sage 200 variants, it will not be possible to:

• Use the API for any existing connections
• Onboard/activate a Sage 200 API connection

Access to Sage 200 will continue to work as normal.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

• status.sage.com
• Adding an in-product Launchpad message (All Sage 200 variants)
