The release is supported by: Software Download Sage CRM 2025 R1 Training Partners who have already completed the Sage CRM 2021 recertification course do not need to complete further training. Any partner who has not completed this training will not be eligible for any upgrades or new sales of this version until the recertification course has been completed. Useful Links Integration with Sage products - Sage 200 CRM (standalone) with Qnect 200 - Is tested and supported with this release, you can review the Qnect 200 compatibility matrix for more information.
- Sage 200 CRM (using classic integration or connector) - This customised version of Sage CRM is retired. This version of Sage CRM is not compatible or supported with any version of Sage 200 using the connector or integration functionality.
- Sage CRM with Sage ERP 1000 - This combination is not tested and therefore is not compatible or supported with any version of Sage 1000.
