Sage 200 Professional older versions

Dear Partner,

Earlier this year we started talking to partners regarding the retirement of our licence generation system for Sage 200 Professional customers, including live, historical and Test & Recovery licences, who are on Version 4 up to and including Version 2011. Our last communication was sent on 21st May.

Our records show you have customers who have yet to complete the required disclaimers needed to request their final licence key and we’re now less than 30 days from the deadline date of 31 July 2025.

If customers do not complete the disclaimer and request their final licence key, the software will cease to function once the current licence expiry date is reached. Customers will then need to upgrade to a subscription version to continue to use the software.
