Sage Provisioning Portal 2025.30.000

On Sunday 29 June 2025, we’ll be updating the Sage Provisioning Portal between 16:00 and 18:00.

During the deployment period, access to the Sage Provisioning Portal will not be available. However, access to Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education and Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud will continue to work as normal.

What’s included in this release?

This release continues to see delivery of our modernisation activity and number of key maintenance items, which include:

• Smarter, Faster Upgrades
• New database copy process: A quicker alternative to the traditional bacpac method.
• Flexible configuration restores: Easily support evolving user roles, features, and access settings.
• A Modernised Portal Experience
• Refreshed site details: Clearer views of general info, environment, infrastructure, and scheduling.
• Streamlined backups: All backups are now under a dedicated “Backup” tab, with easy access to rolling and on-demand options.
• Simplified monitoring: Logs, audits, and processes are now neatly located in the footer of the site-level screen.
• Improved UK & Ireland Portal Integration
• Behind-the-scenes updates ensure smoother communication with Sage’s back-office systems.
• Known Issues
• Solving a few minor issues that we’ve identified.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

• Updating status.sage.com.
• Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only).
