To reverse a write-off transaction or an account created by the Write off, Refunds and Returns wizard.

Reverse the write-off

You need to remove the automatic reference that the Write Off wizard created, then delete the transaction.

1. Go to Transactions and locate and select the write-off transaction.
2. Click Edit.
3. Delete BADDBT in the Reference box, click Save, then click Yes.
4. Select the write-off transaction then click Delete.
5. Click Delete again, then click Yes.
