You can delete your VAT return from the VAT module if it's a dummy return or a duplicate. 

NOTE: We recommend you keep any VAT returns that you've submitted to HMRC.

Delete a VAT return

1. Go to VAT and select the required return from the list.
2. In the top toolbar, select the Delete option .
