Sage Provisioning Portal Extended Maintenance Window

We wanted to let you know about an upcoming extended maintenance window.

On Sunday 18 May 2025, we’ll be performing essential maintenance on the Sage Provisioning Portal between 16:00 and 18:00.

During the deployment period, access to and use of the Sage Provisioning Portal, Sage 200 Standard, Sage for Education and Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud will not be possible.

How we’re supporting customers

We’ll be communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

• Updating status.sage.com
• Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard, Education and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only)
