This communication was sent 23 Apr 2025. Notice 25-RI | 23 Apr 2025 Sage CRM Partner Copies Dear Partner, Effective from 01 May 2025, we’re changing how Sage Business Partner copies of Sage CRM work. This means all current licences will cease, and a new way to request moving forward. You can request your partner copy by completing this form and our BP services team will get back to you within our usual service levels. Usage parameters for these licences are available via this link. This link may be updated at any time. What happens to my current licence? Your current Sage CRM copies will be set to expire either 60 days after your request, or 31 August 2025, which ever is sooner. What does this mean for you? - All your partner licences will be provided on a zero price annual subscription basis.
- Before your current licences expire on 31 August 2025, you will need to notify us of the copies you need, and once we have set up your new licences, your old ones will be set to expire.
- All new licences will carry a new serial number, and new licence key. You will need to swap this over in your solution to ensure usage isn’t interrupted.

Can we opt out of the migration? No, it’s essential we complete the migrations, not only will it simplify processes, and reduce administration for all parties but it helps to reduce risks.
