Sage Line 100 & Sage MMS Licences

Dear Partner,

As you may know, Sage no longer maintains or supports Sage Line 100 or Sage MMS products, they were retired from our product portfolio in 2014. The systems generating licenses for these products are outdated and not part of our current licensing solution.

In April 2020, we informed partners that renewals from October 1, 2020, would be the last, and offered the option to purchase a final license. We want to remind you that some of your customers have licenses for these solutions expiring this year and into early 2026.

As we are in the final stages of decommissioning our licensing system, we are offering a final license extension request for up to 2 years beyond the current expiry date. Requests must be submitted using our declaration form by July 31, 2025. Applicable charges will depend on the specific license, as detailed in our Partner FAQ.

For customers still using these products to operate their business, we encourage you to help them explore alternative solutions to support their future needs.
