After you have activated Sage HR, you need to choose which employees you want to start using the feature.

The Pay Document Preference in each employee record changes to Online.
You can only invite employees to Sage HR if they have a unique email address and an NI number in their employee record.
Your employee will receive an email invitation to Sage HR. This contains the link to access their employee portal.
The next time you complete your pay run, payslips publish for those employees.
The payslips generate regardless of invite status.
